Criteo is in search of organized self-motivated Agency Relationship Manager to join our team in Moscow. You will be working with agencies from the contract to implementation as well as help with optimizing our ad campaigns for both Criteo and inventory partners while being responsible for managing, maintaining, and upselling post sale communications with our client partners.
Every Day, You Will

- Effectively manage relationships with agencies in order to strengthen the partnership. Drive regular client meetings at different levels in the advertisers organization.
- Ownership of the contact, event and deal information for all client data in the CRM tool.
- Aggressively grow revenue and track retention of agencies.
- Optimize accounts toward improved account performance for the customer.
- Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteos service and encourage feedback from customers to further strengthen Criteos products and services.
What do we NEED?

- University degree;
- Minimum 5 years’ of work experience in online marketing;
- Must have ability to assess and resolve advertiser/agency issues encountered in the role and excellent knowledge of the Russian online market;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluency in Russian and English;
- Strong analytical and Excel skills;
- Sales in ad agencies, or experience in analyzing and utilizing SEM, DSP are preferred;
- Technical knowledge of site tagging, ad serving and ad ops and management experience would be an advantage.
