Adobe is looking for a Territory Sales Account Manager for the HED Education market with prior success selling software into an established territory.
Description
This role will work on Adobe’s Creative Cloud and Document Cloud portfolio with a specific focus on students license opportunities articulating Creative Cloud value proposition around digital literacy to the educator audience.
Preferred based in Poland, the territory is EASTERN part of EMEA with main focus in Russia within the Education space, selling into Higher Education (Universities, and ISCED level 4 and above Institutions). This Territory Sales Account Manager is responsible for the planning and driving of net-new business within new and existing clients, directly and through partners
Measures of success include revenue delivered vs. targets, up-sell and optimization effectiveness, client satisfaction levels, and contribution to the overall sales team and the Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud business units.
What you’ll do
Drive specific product annual recurring revenue in the territory — selling Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud, including Adobe Sign, into the Education (EDU) marketplace with a specific focus on Student License.
Identify, develop, nurture Students license opportunities across top customers and prospect within SMB EDU segment
Understand actual use of student license purchased and support the customer in deploy it, growth and use.
Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and partners by understanding their needs and business objectives.
Identify, develop, nurture, monitor and report performance for each deal/partnership accurately and efficiently; report on progress to leadership as needed.
Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of our Creative Cloud and Document Cloud offerings including Adobe Sign.
Improve overall customer engagement and satisfaction in assigned territory including a focused list of must win accounts.
Work with various groups within Adobe (Product, Marketing, Enablement, Technical) to provide customer feedback and drive revenue opportunities in the region.
What is needed to succeed
Minimum 5 years proven track record of broad and deep level of software field sales experience within the Education market.
Proven track record selling Complex Software Solutions, focused on Digital Transformation, Creativity, Collaboration, Document Mgmt. and E-Learning Solutions. Strong understanding of Web technologies.
Good (B1 level) verbal and written communications skills required in English
Good (B1 level) verbal and written communications skills required in Russian
Good knowledge of German and another Eastern European language it will a plus
Knowledge of education system in the specific territories and University procurement approach.
Basic knowledge of school productivity systems including Microsoft Office 365 with Teams and G-Suite for Education including Identity Management.
Ability to forge and maintain good business relationships using a Creative problem-solving approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a top-notch customer service approach.
Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment and to demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems/opportunities and recommending an approach to solving problems and pursuing opportunities.
Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting is essential. Proven experience in using quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess partnership performance and make recommendations for each account.
