  • Предлагать идеи и реализовывать трейд-маркетинговые проекты в области промо и мотивационных программ, а также в рамках продвижения продуктов компании в ритейле (от инициации, разработки концепции до запуска проекта)
  • Определять с какими поставщиками осуществлять взаимодействие в рамках трейд-маркетинговых программ (в том числе участвовать в подготовке технических заданий, проводить брифинги поставщиков и отбирать лучших)
  • Планировать инвестиции, ресурсы и грамотно распределять бюджет проектов, мониторить эффективность проведения программ
  • Осуществлять кросс-функциональное взаимодействие с коллегами на всех этапах подготовки и реализации проектов

  What you’ll need:
  • 7+ years proven experience in Value Engineering and/or consultative roles that are aligned to Sales, Revenue, and Go to Market strategies
  • Prior experience in sales or presales leadership is a plus
  • Ability to break down problems of all different types in a structured fashion and identify the key issues to solve
  • Works well under pressure, with tenacious prioritization and timely and transparent communication
