Fintech startup ANNA Money is looking for a
Head of Security.
Role Description:Company is looking for a passionate, hard-working and experienced security professional to take on the role of Head of Security at ANNA Money.
You’ll ultimately be responsible for all aspects of security, from cyber security and fraud prevention to data protection and physical security.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a hands-on attitude, as well as being familiar with the governance aspects of security.
About ANNA Money:ANNA Money is a UK-based fintech startup that provides business accounts and admin solutions for over 30,000 small businesses and freelancers.
The ANNA app offers customers a huge range of simple-to-use tools to make business admin easy, from professional-looking invoicing to receipt scanning - they can even file their VAT return through ANNA.
The team:ANNA currently employs over 100 people. Mostly works remotely, but has anchor offices in London, Cardiff, Moscow and Yekaterinburg.
You’d be joining the platform team, solving company-wide problems and helping make development and operations smoother, more efficient and generally more awesome.
Responsibilities:
- Create (and continuously refine) a risk matrix and risk model
- Work with colleagues across all levels to assess risks, establish best practices, and generally foster a culture of security awareness
- Define the company’s security strategy and maintain and control the security tasks backlog
- Help us fit ANNA to ISO/PCI-DSS specifications and any other applicable regulations
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in the security domain
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role, such as Head of Security, CISO, CSO, Chief or Lead Security Architect
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in both start-ups and large corporates
- Financial services experience
