  What does company expect from you?
  • The Personal Assistant to Country Manager will assist the Country Manager in all the tasks related to his activities handling transversal projects for Maison in the KSA
  • You will assist the Country Manager in managing his schedule and his agenda, organizing his trips, meetings, and conference calls. You will support with the preparation of confidential and strategic letters
  • You will liaise with Maison’s local and international teams, Richemont team, and external contacts for different communications and arrangements
  • You will follow up on different business agreements and support with purchase orders and vendor data management
