В e-commerce компанию Lazada требуется Vice President (Head of Financial Services).

Job Description:

  • Set up, lead, and monitor LazPay’s financial products team, ensuring that all targets are achieved
  • Define the strategy and roadmap for new financial products including leading customer research, exploring new business partnership, developing business requirements and implementing them in collaboration with the product team
  • Oversee building new programs, from the ground up, in a start-up environment by leading product launches, operating performance, profitability improvement and risk
  • Oversee the growth of the product in terms of product management, product/feature development, marketing, business development, operations, fraud/risk and data science, collaborating closely with finance, legal, and compliance
  • Analyze the effectiveness of business development initiatives, based on pre-determined KPIs, and produce reports, decks, and high-level insights for management presentations

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, marketing or other relevant qualifications
  • 5+ years of experiences in business development or strategy, preferably in banking or fintech industry
  • 2+ years of managerial experience including recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating team members
  • Experience in digital payments and/or ecommerce is a plus
  • Proven track record of managing and executing large projects from end to end
  • Experience developing roadmap strategy, delivering features, and evaluating product performance
  • Have good manner, strong ownership, commitment, accountability and responsibility
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Thai
  • Proactive, self-starter and self-learner
  • Result-oriented with can-do attitude and growth mindset
