Job Description:
- Set up, lead, and monitor LazPay’s financial products team, ensuring that all targets are achieved
- Define the strategy and roadmap for new financial products including leading customer research, exploring new business partnership, developing business requirements and implementing them in collaboration with the product team
- Oversee building new programs, from the ground up, in a start-up environment by leading product launches, operating performance, profitability improvement and risk
- Oversee the growth of the product in terms of product management, product/feature development, marketing, business development, operations, fraud/risk and data science, collaborating closely with finance, legal, and compliance
- Analyze the effectiveness of business development initiatives, based on pre-determined KPIs, and produce reports, decks, and high-level insights for management presentations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, marketing or other relevant qualifications
- 5+ years of experiences in business development or strategy, preferably in banking or fintech industry
- 2+ years of managerial experience including recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating team members
- Experience in digital payments and/or ecommerce is a plus
- Proven track record of managing and executing large projects from end to end
- Experience developing roadmap strategy, delivering features, and evaluating product performance
- Have good manner, strong ownership, commitment, accountability and responsibility
- Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Thai
- Proactive, self-starter and self-learner
- Result-oriented with can-do attitude and growth mindset
