Job Description:
- Purchase management: to solve all the resources of logistics elements for business needs (human resources, warehouse resources, distribution resources, fleet, equipment, office resources, consumable material procurement resources, daily expenses, such as utilities, network, maintenance and other costs), establish a resource pool, and recruit more logistics element resources that can meet business needs and market competitiveness; And formulate procedures, establish systems and implement them
- Middle desk support: coordinate and manage the formulation, optimization, implementation and supervision of various work plans of comprehensive support to ensure the efficient operation of department business
- Cost management: coordinate the cost structure of warehouse allocation (manpower, warehouse rent, fleet, material consumables, asset depreciation, office consumables, water and electricity network cost control, as well as expense settlement, financial report analysis, cost analysis, and through data analysis can excavate the points and promote the implementation
- System construction: develop, improve and self-operate the cost management and assessment system of the system, be familiar with the business within the resource system, and have the ability and method to add value to the business and reduce costs
- Conduct training, empowerment and integration of warehouse allocation resources to form a self-operated resource system that can effectively supplement, stabilize operation and sustainable development
Job requirements:
- Familiar with the procurement process of warehouse resources, strong business negotiation ability, and regional warehouse resources are preferred
- Good communication, coordination and execution skills
- Have the ability of contract writing and risk control, be familiar with settlement rules and procedures, and have experience in bidding is preferred
- Have a sense of operation and management, and a strong sense of responsibility
