About SIGNAX
SIGNAX is a set of IT products for CONTECH, which complement Autodesk products and transfer full-scale BIM on construction site.
The company empower Developers to leverage their business and drive meaningful profit of their projects. SIGNAX transfers BIM-data to Developers & Contractors to arrange on-line construction management, scopes check-up, remote safety supervision, quantity & quality surveying and BIM docflow directly on site.
SIGNAX services unite construction ecosystem participants, using a unified and up to date BIM-data, increase interaction efficiency and provide transparency of the works.
Responsibilities:
- Start MENA Business Development operation, design and implement successful sale strategy.
- Develop and maintain a network of prospects that will enable a strong, consistent pipeline for conversion into sales.
- Manage and enhance relationships with local BIM influencers, bring in bigger partnerships for the purpose of
- Developer & Main Contractor coverage.
- Devise creative affiliate marketing and SIGNAX growth plans to attract and work with affiliates.
- Work seamlessly with other our team members to ensure the best customer experience, brand message and product proposition are being executed.
- Be the SIGNAX Ambassador to grow awareness of our brand in Middle East.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Solid MENA Sales & Marketing experience, with a predominate focus in CAD or ERP system.
- Established experience in the Development, Construction or Engineering Consultancy industry.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Entrepreneurial and able to easily switch between strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Be able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced and matrix start-up environment.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Strong public speaking experience preferred.
- Personal passion for BIM.
