What you will be doing:
Head of Presales Support provides leadership to the Presales Support team, which in turn provides technical consultancy to Kaspersky presales organization with regard to Kaspersky B2B products like Kaspersky Endpoint Security, Security Center, Hybrid Cloud Security, Mail and Web protection, Storage protection, Embedded Systems Security.
Global Presales Support team creates and delivers technical presentations, PoC guides and other technical materials.
This position involves extensive external and internal communications, face to face, by phone, presentations, and written form, and will include sensitive customer, commercial, operational and product information. Head of Presales Support must have the ability to present and clearly communicate innovative, complex and sensitive technical data to a wide and heterogeneous audience including technicians and key decision makers / influencers at the management level. This audience can be divided in 2 groups: internal staff – KL coworkers (pre-sales and sales managers, R&D product managers and other technicians) and external contacts (enterprise customers’ representatives starting from system administrators and security officers, and to CIO, CISO, etc).
Head of Presales Support is a main escalation point and plays a critical role in order to resolve technical questions and problems and increase customers’ confidence in KL products and partnership.
Head of Presales Support proactively resolves upcoming issues and proactively notifies presales managers about possible workarounds, communicates to R&D necessary products improvements.
What we expect from you:
Higher education
Not less than 5 years’ experience in IT and IT Security
Fluent in written and spoken English language
Understanding of security software market
Understanding of business environment
Excellent technical skills and strong analytical and diagnostics skills
Dedicated, flexible and highly motivated, proven team leader with exceptional communication and relationship building skills
Engineering degree qualified with extensive and a progressive and proven track record in a team leader role within a high-tech technical environment
Desirable: Prior experience in technical presales of software platforms or end to end solutions in large enterprises
