Corporate Sales Manager.
About company:Team develops the largest unique real estate project in Tbilisi, which has no analogs in the Caucasus region. The project covers 331 hectares of land able to host 10,000 residents, includes exclusive land plots and premium apartments with spectacular views from a bird's eye view, and also an 18-hole European Top100 golf course and fine dining restaurant with a terrace. They will have also a 5-star brand hotel with a big SPA. The total project cost is more than 300 mln USD and the ultimate goal is to build the greenest and most desired living area in Tbilisi.
Position profile:Company is looking for proactive sales manager for Golf Corporate sector. They will be glad to meet with a person who is performance and result oriented, charismatic and with superior communication skills.

What will you be doing?
- Managing corporate sales of Golf division (events, teambuildings, sponsorships, barter deals)
- Build long term realtionship with companies
- Ensure that sales objectives and goals are met
- Develop weekly meeting plans
- Telephone prospecting to generate face to face sales appointments
- Visiting potential clients to promote Golf corporate offers
- Invite potential clients on site and show the facilities
- Coordinate preparation of sales related material with marketing department
- Identify additional sales opportunities
- Be up-to-date and knowledgeable on competitor activity
- Attend weekly update meetings with the key managers
- Administer and maintain monthly reporting on sales activity
Skills required:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good planning and multitasking skills
- Min 2-year experience in corporate sales
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Confident and charismatic approach to people
- Georgian and English language, Russian may be considered as advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
