Their expectations:
Experience organizing business, entertainment events from 3 years mandatory (agency or client side);
Holding events from 20 to 1000 people with a budget of 50 thousand to 40 million rubles;
Knowledge of the market vendors, venues, artists, technical contractors, decorators, producers, etc.. - All those involved in the world of event);
Fluent knowledge of MS Office, Bitrix, understanding of document management (contracts, invoices, certificates);
Ability to conduct business correspondence with suppliers and club members, good speech;
Ability not to be afraid to work with set budgets from the management and to obtain from contractors the final (satisfactory to both sides) price for the product;
Willingness to work long hours in the active phase of club projects;
Ability to make quick decisions and take responsibility;
Self-organization, ability to clearly plan the work process and your working hours, stress tolerance, communication skills, proactive attitude, optimism, bright eyes, focus on results and process;
Ability to work in multitasking mode;

Job tasks:
Organizing and supporting different format events for the club on a turnkey basis, both independently and as a team;
Communicating with the creative/design/speakers/community/sales team;
Negotiating with contractors;
Keeping team informed of ongoing work (weekly status reports), approving interim results, discussing issues, and coordinating all project changes in a timely manner;
Selection of sites in accordance with the concept of the projects;
Meetings/trips for current club events;
Keeping records of club paraphernalia, timely replenishment in case of use up;
Supervising the schedule of events, coordinating the team when organizing and conducting the event;
Maintaining event paperwork with contractors, timely submittal to financial and accounting departments.
