1. Partnerships Manager KA Gaming.
Responsibilities
Business management
Build partnership with different types of leading clients and agencies in CIS, mainly Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, including both branding industries and performance, like game and apps.
Design the sales plan and narrative to explore business opportunities.
Drive the revenue from CIS clients and agencies, and achieve the sales target.
Campaign Planning and Management
Facilitate ad campaigns from start to finish.
Facilitate internal account operations including accounts set up etc.
Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customized to business and problems.
Cross functional collaboration
Work with sales marketing team, on B2B marketing activities for CIS markets.
Work with product team, on feedback and suggestions of ads solutions systems and tools for CIS markets.
Work with all other cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency and build long term growth.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or above.
2-10 years of overall working experiences, 2-8 years of digital marketing experiences, 2+ years of digital sales related experiences.
Experiences in working with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding about CIS digital marketing ecosystem and developing trends.
Strong network in CIS markets, with solid experiences of working with B level manager of agencies and clients.
Excellent verbal and written English and Russian communication skills, Byelorussian or Ukrainian speaking as a plus.
Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

2. Live Influencer Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationship with talents/influencers such as celebrities, influencers and social media creators for live-streaming section.
Be responsible for talents’ training and management
Support talents/influencers to improve their content performance and reputation.
Participate in drafting and revising related policies of talents/influencers management.
Collaborate with talents/influencers to join activities and to produce the featured content.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above. More than 2 years of working experience which is related to talents/influencers management
Candidates who’s used to work with, or have the connections with modeling, media, TV, celebrities and live streaming applications are preferred.
Professional, patient and skillful communication with talents/influencers.
Result oriented, good capacity for pressure.
Can speak English as the working language.

3. Live Content and Event Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
Plan and launch Live streaming campaigns by following up popular topics, events, social hot issues etc.;
Explore new campaign strategies and models, and continuously improve the campaign strategies through data monitoring and analysis;
Monitor the revenue growth strategies in the market and provide reports and suggestions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 2 years working experience in live streaming, video-sharing, social media or gaming platform;
Result-oriented, good logical thinking, strong in data analysis;
Strong execution and good capacity for pressure, and a good sense of communication and co-working.
