Position purpose:
This position has the responsibility of providing HR services with focus on supporting Vision Care business and learning & development activities for a country in more than one functional area in the Human Resources job family.
Main Responsibilities:
- Enables implementation of HR strategies, objectives and processes which are fully aligned to the overall business strategy in conjunction with the relevant line and function heads in the country HR Head
- To implement organizational changes, people development, career development and compensation processes to support the attraction and retention of key staff
- Establish performance management, reward and recognition strategies which facilitate, support and maintain a high performance culture
- Get involved in Employee Relations activities, investigate and resolve conflict situation
- In conjunction with line management and the country HR Head contribute to the development of a value based organizational culture which will inspire employee commitment and promote a winning spirit
- Assesses regularly customer needs and satisfaction and adjust services accordingly
- Interacts with senior internal and/or external personnel on significant human resource matters
- Lead TM&OD activities for the country organization including talent reviews, succession and development planning, talent brokerage, etc
Background and experiences:
- Experience in HRBP role min 3 years is a must
- High learning, change and people agility
- Fluent English
- Advanced computer skills (Excel as a must)
- Proven experience of HR projects management, personal delivery of developmental programs
- Education in psychology, HR, economics
