Tasks
Be the guardian of our multi brands strategy, with very specific identity / maturity / target audience / challenges on each of our brands
Ensure smooth coordination between all stakeholders of consumer & shopper interactions è brainstorming with product team, media team, offline team and marketing director as core contacts
Managing the team – 3 persons => coach them to permanently grow their added value. Lead the TOP PRIORITY content project to improve creation efficiency and speed, coordinating all stakeholders
Co-lead the brainstorming on: product selling story, claim, hierarchy of key benefits, with deep dive in wording, to ensure clear trade up in our range, and competitiveness vs other brands
Ensure local content creation when headquarter assets are not adapted: video, pictures… for owned & paid communication, and even retailers’ assets (promo content)
Permanently work with agencies to adapt and localize landing pages, banners, OLV, rich content in product cards…
Working with analytics tools and content KPI to continuously strive for improvement, including retailer content in close collaboration with ecom
Define and build CRM strategy for all our brands with dedicated approach (mission, ambition, interaction timeframe scheme, content calendar…)
Collaborate with local top management to define midterm macro vision of CRM
Reinforce brand love and NPS through engagement, exclusive services for high loyalty
Strong data analytic approach of KPI and A/B tests as we are still in learning phase
Meet CRM sales and data collection KPI with permanent coordination with DTC online and offline (our shop network), to build omni-channel CRM
Implement test & learn and out of the box initiatives to continue to be one of worldwide CRM best practices country in our company
Coordinate all CRM tools, reporting and conference with headquarter and be active in international CRM community
Define our midterm vision on social media for each brand depending on the business strategy and maturity
Build concrete action plan to reinforce social media lever, currently underused in our company, and define process / agency scheme
Participate to out of the box consumer interaction approach for disruptive innovations based on communities (recipe sharing, word of mouth, peer to peer…)
Requirements:
Higher education;
At least 5 years of branding experience, preferably with content creation / creative part, CRM, selling story and brand positioning
Deep understanding of digital tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO, web-form and interface CMS
English - Advanced
Excellent management skills, be initiative, fast and proactive.
