Gett, the №1 B2B on-demand transportation provider globally, is looking for a highly experienced
Head of HR (Systems) within Product Development organization.
The role will be based in Moscow but will be considered a global role with international impact.
The HO HR role is a hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to management and employees and will help drive the fast-growing business. He/she will become a single-entry contact for HR questions for the Product Development site in Russia.
This role will be part of the broader global HR team and will also be responsible for several global cross sites projects.
The HO HR role will be a change leader in scaling Gett Systems’s ability to build, develop and retain the desirable human capital to support the business needs.
The role reports to the Global Head of HR Systems & Operations, located in Tel Aviv.

Key responsibilities:
- Partner with RU and IL Leaders and wider HR team to build strategic view and solve all employee management and retention challenges
- Leading country HR team of 8+ people (HRBP, Recruitment team, HR Admin, HR analyst, Office manager)
- Build a strong business partnership with key stakeholders by proactively identifying organizational needs and offering practical solutions
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues such as performance, talent development, team building, org changes, etc.
- Maintain a high level of team’s engagement and job satisfaction in order to raise efficiency and lower turnover
- Coach managers to support people’s development, identify training needs for teams and individuals, drive talent management programs
- Drive global/cross-company HR processes (Performances review, Employees satisfaction survey, Key employees, etc)
- Lead global initiatives according to overall HR goals and aspirations
- Manage local HR team that supports Gett Systems in Russia (C&B and Admin, Recruitment team, Internal communications)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years' HR manager/ BP experience
- Deep understanding of IT and RnD market and challenges and previous experience in IT
- Proven expertise in Employee relations/Recruitment/Talent Management/C&B
- Good knowledge of Russian Labor Law
- Excellent interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills, are needed for working with all levels of management and employees
- Ability to multi-task, proactive and results-oriented
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business conditions and calculate risks, high stress resistance
- Effectively solve problems and conflicts while maintaining Company values and policies
- Fluent level of English - both written and verbal
- A true team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
