Product Marketing Lead.
Borzo - one of the biggest and most technologically advanced players in the global same-day delivery market.
Mission:Drive marketing communications to improve product perception and grow purchase intent. Deliver the right product to the right segment with the right messaging.
Your expected outcomes:
- Supervision of product marketing team globally and locally. Develop product positioning for 10 countries
- Define and manage complex product marketing strategy in regions
- Build marketing programs in collaboration with global and regional teams
- Manage global and countries marketing communication media plan and its ORKs
- Cross-functional process development and managing between product, marketing, and sales teams. Work with a large group of stakeholders across local and global teams
- Perform market research and quantitative analyses to discover customer insights, conducting business analysis and other analytical activities to support marketing strategy
- Accelerate campaigns conversion rate, sales funnel performance, and CAC optimization
- Build and drive an efficient marketing activation pipeline for new product features
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing management or marketing management. Have a proven efficiency of marketing strategy and marketing techniques
- High-level thinking, planning, and hypothesis testing
- Experience analyzing data, and statistical expertise with tangible revenue-generating quantitative modeling experience
- Experience in research and competitive analysis to develop market strategies. Outlines the product positioning which articulates the value proposition. Knows how to detail the messaging which links each feature to a customer-oriented benefit
- Experience in convincing customers to demand or pull your product through to sale. Know marketing principles and techniques to create a marketing communication sequence that leads to sales
- Experience in unit-economy planning and holistic approach for product activation
- An enthusiastic leader who can inspire and drive a team through complex and ambiguous situations
- Effectively worked with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; demonstrating curiosity, confidence, and the ability to listen with the intent to find solutions
- Self-motivated and flexible with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Superlative written and verbal skills as well as excellent presentation skills
