PepsiCo is looking for a
Talent Management Sr Director, Corporate & Global Groups.
The Talent Management & Organization Development (TMOD) Senior Director will serve on PepsiCo’s Global TMOD leadership team, supporting PepsiCo’s corporate teams and global groups. This person will lead a team of talent management professionals, responsible for designing, developing & delivering talent programs that advance the development of PepsiCo leaders and associates. As a senior team member, this person will operate as a relationship manager to senior HR leaders for corporate & global functions, while also serving as a Lead Consultant on TMOD projects spanning a broad range of client groups.
Focus areas include succession planning; organizational capability; leadership, team and organization effectiveness; organizational design and large-scale transformation; culture and engagement; and enhancing the end-user experience of PepsiCo’s core talent programs and processes. This person will be a thought partner with the HR teams and senior business leaders, up to and including PepsiCo’s Executive Committee.
As the Senior Director, TMOD, you will:
- Lead a team of talent management professionals, developing their capabilities and enabling exciting experiences
- Build capability across a team of TMOD professionals by providing thought leadership, conducting training, and coaching others to perform at their best
- Develop strategies & approaches to advance the organization’s talent agenda. Proactively identify opportunities to progress our ability to raise the bar on talent and diversity
- Diagnose business needs, contracting consulting work, and defining achievable project plans
- Design and delivering TMOD interventions addressing organizational design, change management leadership development, team effectiveness, succession planning, culture, etc.
- Serve as Relationship Manager/trusted advisor to HR partners and business leaders for multiple global functions, linking business needs to talent strategies/solutions
- Operate as Lead Project Consultant on a portfolio of TMOD consulting projects, overseeing talent management team members and project teams
- Conduct and leveraging analytics to provide data-driven insights /recommendations that inform smarter talent/organization decision making
Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected salary range is $140,000-$210,000
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 30% paid out annually and an additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period
- Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance

Qualifications/Requirements:
- 10+ years of HR/ Talent Management/ Organization Development experience, including direct experience providing coaching & influencing senior executives
- Bachelor's Degree required, Masters/advanced degree preferred
- Well-developed advisory/consulting skills, including the ability to link business challenges to talent needs, and create custom solutions/interventions accordingly
- Experience leading a team, providing coaching & development to professionals with varying levels of experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, multi-phase projects
- Critical thinking skills, including the ability to conceptualize problems and propose creative solutions
- Client-service orientation with high-performance standards and commitment to exceeding expectations
- Experience leading organizational development / organizational transformation projects
- Proficient working with data, including the ability to derive meaningful insights and communicate them clearly to senior audiences
