L’Oréal is looking for a strong Product Manager in the make-up category (NYX).
Main accountabilities:
- Analyze consumer and market insights relevant for the category
- Implement new launches while maintaining pillar growth
- Develop marketing mix strategies for the category
- Adapt communications for local campaigns partnering with agencies
- Develop integrated campaigns that work
- Partner with other departments creating collaboration: sales, operations, finance, digital, PR, purchasing
- Ensure sales forecast accuracy
- Make recommendations on media, implement media and promotion plans and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan
- Manage content creation (photo and video)
- Prepare clear presentations for international teams and management
Critical competencies:
- Relevant experience in Marketing
- Experience in beauty or FMCG companie, Sport fashion
- Operational marketing excellence (360 IMC campaigns, digital experience + local TV/Digital production experience)
