Product marketing manager (Growth team).
Kotlin is a modern programming language used by millions of software developers globally. Languages are much more than just a set of syntax rules – they include tools for developers, extensive libraries of ready-made building blocks for coding, and whole philosophies.
The Kotlin team is looking for new ways to expand into various markets. For some markets, that means finding a good product-market fit, while for others, it means preparing proper channels and positioning.
You will work with a passionate, professional team alongside product managers, developer advocates, technical writers, and engineers to find and apply new ways to increase Kotlin’s market share.
As part of team, you will:
- Take part in growth strategy development for Kotlin within a cross-functional team of marketing managers, product managers, developer advocates, analysts, and technical writers
- Create, manage, and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns and testing frameworks to consistently drive new insights and improve conversion rates
- Conceive and execute a wide range of campaigns to drive awareness and engagement. Personalize the experience by targeting messaging and flows based on market segments
- Initiate research and surveys to understand our audience and their needs better. Use quantitative and qualitative user insights to inform the Kotlin growth roadmap
- Analyze the conversion funnel for different segments to identify trends and enhance its efficiency in creating new and weekly active user growth
- Share results and knowledge with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility
- Identify industry trends and insights
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, growth, or similar fields, preferably for b2b products with a bottom-up approach
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results from past campaigns
- A love of data and the ability to identify and measure different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them
- Project management experience, including setting project objectives and determining a road map
- The ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects on track
- Flawless written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with leadership teams and managing external stakeholders
