Responsibilities:
- Sales Management in Eastern Europe countries (export)
- Support management for direct import contracts (Caucasus, Crimea)
- Realization of company’s strategy on the territory in the zone of responsibility
- Sales volume plans execution (Sell in/Sell out), distribution plans execution
- Development of high-quality and long-term relationships with key distributors
- Development of high-quality and long-term relationships with key accounts (chains, TOP wholesale)
- Development of brands / categories in the territory in the zone of responsibility according to KPIs
- Analysis, planning and realization of sales projects to developing sales channels
- Team management (direct TSE, indirect distributors sales team)
- Price model Management
- Control of profitability of customers according to confirmed business model
- TM budget, trade terms funds management
- Support of operations with direct import projects (Caucasus, Crimea)
- Documents flow management
Requirements:
- Successful experience in FMCG companies at the relevant positions (2-3 years)
- Successful experience of export countries management
- Successful experience of team management
- Confident PC user
- Experience of promo activities development and management
- Efficiency
- English level Upper-intermediate+
- Ready for business trips
