Responsibilities:
- Vendor management. Professional recommendations for the vendor selection. Conduct negotiations to achieve the best conditions for Avon. Tenders: Research the market, manage and conduct tenders with potential suppliers in close cooperation with the respective departments and in line with an agreed tenders plan to make sure that the Company receives the most competitive value in terms of quality, price, service and lead-time
- Projects initiation and fulfillment of the procurement policies optimization. Purchasing planning: Plan and manage indirect purchases of services and goods upon requests received from internal clients within agreed budgets and timelines in accordance with internal policies and procedures
- To establish and to satisfy the purchasing needs, to meet internal customers’ expectations in indirect purchasing in full compliance with internal standards, thus controlling and optimizing the company’s spend. Policies control
- To identify opportunities to aggregate spend where appropriate and drive greater value from Avon bought-in goods and services: expenditure analysis
- Internal customers support: Advise internal customers on all purchasing issues, providing effective support and guidance at all stages of the procurement cycle. Maintain permanent close contact and follow up on due service quality and dates with suppliers to achieve the highest level of services provided to internal customers
- Contracts terms negotiations and checking: Ensure that contractual commitments and purchase orders to selected suppliers are made only within approved budgets and delegated authorities
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Advanced English
- 3-5 years experience in Sourcing
- Experience in Category management
- SAP/Ariba knowledge (BPO/PO/release/E-auction)
- Excel (advanced user), Power point (advanced user)
