  • Your Dubai Company is a Dubai-based consulting company with HQ office based in Zug, Switzerland (Schippke Wirtschaftsberatung AG), offices in Germany, the Czech Republic
  • Provides a full cycle of advice and support to clients in a number of areas: from business consulting on legal issues to opening companies in Europe, Asia and the UAE (Dubai), as well as provide assistance and advice on relocation
  • At the moment we are considering the option of partnership with Russian companies to organize assistance to Russian businesses of various segments for opening companies abroad, as well as relocation (individual / along with employees)
  • At the moment, the UAE direction is especially relevant for Russian business - opening a company in Dubai and relocation - and this is exactly what they can help with, enlisting the help of our professional employees.   Tasks:
  • Planning marketing policy in the Russian market
  • Forming a budget
  • Looking for the best ways to generate Leads from Russian Market
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Creating and communicating sales goals to CEO, making sure he is informed on the progress of those goals
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting, strong relationships with clients while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
  • Understanding industry-specific trends and landscapes
  • Effectively communicating value propositions through presentations and proposals
  • Reporting on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets
  Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (Russian/English)
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
  • Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Understanding of how to position products against competitors
