Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
- Strengthen and manage the corporate identity, ensuring consistent messaging, visual elements, and top-notch customer service across all marketing channels
Trade Marketing:
- Develop and execute a trade marketing strategy to boost product awareness and sales through distribution and retail channels
- Create advertising campaigns, POS materials, and trade incentives
- Track and analyze trade marketing effectiveness, adjusting strategies for optimized results and increased market share
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including website management, email marketing, and social media
In-store Marketing and POS Promotion:
- Create marketing materials for in-store use and promotions at points of sale, ensuring alignment with brand goals
Development of Marketing and Product Strategy:
- Develop and implement a marketing and product strategy aligned with company goals and objectives
- Stay abreast of industry trends and analyze competitor activities
Team Management:
- Create and lead a highly effective marketing team, including designers, product managers, trade marketing, SMM managers, etc.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in written English is required, spoken English would be an advantage
- Leadership experience in the vaping, tobacco, hookah, or FMCG industry
- Track record of creating effective advertising campaigns and incentives for distributors and retail chains
- Deep understanding of consumer branding and marketing aesthetics
- Previous experience in digital marketing management, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Strong project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on achieving results and taking full responsibility for tasks and projects
Goals for 90 days:
- Establish a robust marketing team
- Formulate and implement a content marketing strategy to enhance brand credibility and customer education
- Drive end-user purchasing behavior and refine marketing approaches for business customers
- Create a unified corporate identity, including product packaging, promotional materials, and social media platforms
- Develop and launch trade marketing advertising initiatives tailored for distributors and retail chains
