Global pharma leader RB looking for Head of Government & Institutional Relations.   Responsibilities:
Embed external, social & public-private partnership in our brand and marketing strategy
Determine and drive the Government & Institutional Relationsstrategy for RB Hygiene across Russia and CIS to support business growth, while ensuring compliance with RB’s global policies and corporate positioning.
Lead the mapping and establish high-level relationships with external stakeholders, including government officials, institutions, public authorities, professional organizations in order to promote & protect the interests of RB, embed the Company`s purpose and support the growth of Hygiene & Disinfection products
Attend and represent RB at series of round table at various conferences and events, seminars and presentations for representatives of state bodies.
Continually evaluate the external environment including political analysis, monitor of legislative and political trends and changes across the region. Anticipate and respond to key emerging trends, risks and opportunities
Work closely with Marketing to support brand PR programs to support business priorities & enhance the purpose journey
Regularly review Government & Institutional Relationsstrategy KPIs for desired outcomes   Requirements: High education (management, economics, PR etc)
4-6 years of relevant experience
Proven track record in building highly-effective internal/external relations with Institutional & Government authorities
Comprehensive knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian/CIS governments and their processes
Strong understanding/strict adherence to legal and ethical requirements governing responsible advocacy
English – Advanced level
Strong written and verbal communications skills in Russian and English
Excellent presentation skills
