Easy Monetization Lead.
Yandex is working hard to promote app monetization solution to international publishers. Solution helps mobile developers worldwide earn money with ad monetization and maximize revenue with Easy Monetization.
Company has already made significant waves, and currently is looking for an Easy Monetization Lead who will help the team find the ways to grow business abroad, manage the process of looking for and attracting new customers, and handle accounting and new processes for the team. Beyond finding growth avenues for an international Yandex service, you’ll have the opportunity to develop the product.
As a part of this role, you will manage a team of five representatives responsible for business growth, service, and accounting for tech partners.
Responsibilities:
- Build a strategy for business growth, focus markets, and attract partners
- Lead a team of up to two business developers and up to four account managers
- Work out product scenarios and terms for long-term partnerships
- Interact closely with other teams (product, marketing, and sales)
- Assess KPIs for attracted and launched partners as well as business revenue
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working successfully with partners (publishers)
- Experience in mobile ad tech
- Digital market and networking expertise, familiarity with ad networks, mediation, and how to interact with major clients
- Fluency in English
- Background in team management
