Требуется Директор по развитию в крупную FMCG компанию.   Задачи:
• Управление развитием, маркетингом и продажами на уровне Группы компаний на рынке РФ и за рубежом
• Исследования рынков и конкурентов, поиск идей для развития бизнеса
• Разработка стратегии развития и коммерческой стратегии по направлениям бизнеса и каналам сбыта, выходов на новые рынки.
• Развитие продаж в каналах: сети, e-commers, розница, опт, региональные локальные сети, B2B, HoReCa на территории РФ и за рубежом.
• Увеличение представленности во всех каналах продаж
• Обеспечение роста взвешенной дистрибуции компании по существующим и вновь вводимым брендам.
• Анализ дистрибуции и прибыльности ключевых клиентов, текущей динамики продаж, уровня выполнения плана и основных факторов роста в ключевых клиентах.
• Управление отношениями с партнерами: ведение переговоров с ключевыми клиентами, контроль выполнения условий контрактов, контроль корректности расчета премий/ услуг/ скидок
• Управление бюджетами, реализация маркетинговых мероприятий,
• Обеспечение процесса постоянного мониторинга рынка, изучение тенденций его развития, выявление наиболее эффективных секторов присутствия;
• Обеспечение выполнения плана продаж, показателей роста прибыли, маржинальности по каналам продаж, а также прочих показателей эффективности;
• Непосредственный руководитель: Исполнительный директор   Условия:

• Размер и система оплаты труда на испытательный срок/основной срок: индивидуально оклад 50% 250000-500000 руб. net + KPI 50%

Measure ROI on digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure we’re investing in the right tools and resources
Establish the proper relationships with technology partners / service providers to ensure smooth on time management of the projects with high quality service.
· Work with multi-departmental / international project stakeholders to define the scope, deliverables and requirements of digital projects resulting in detailed work plans.
Determine and communicate the resources (time, budget, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.
· Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
· Facilitate the execution of the projects according to the project plan.
Develop forms and records to document project activities, keeping all stakeholders updated.
· Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets organizational standards.
· Monitor project budget and track project costs; report project cost variances to project stakeholders on a regular basis.
· Conduct formal project closure processes and communicate lessons learned to project stakeholders.
· Plan and enforce the execution of marketing and promotional calendar, driving sales and margin, improving average transaction size and order frequency
· Closely collaborate with merchandising , logistics and retail teams to support the development of digital/omni- channels.   Knowledge:
· Min 5-7 years of retail/commerce experience, e-commerce or digital marketing experience considered an asset.
· BA/BS degree in relevant fields are required.
· Knowledge of project management processes and terminology, CAPM or PMP designation preferred.
