Apple is seeking a Mono-brand Channel Lead.
Proven experience leading country sales or sales operations organizations; or similar experience in leading a technology solutions-orientated organization that balanced delivering on short-term goals, while creating sustainable value for customers and demand for the future

Generate a significant portion of Apple Russia sales revenue through strong collaboration with many functions and senior partners within Apple. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and be an authority in understanding and driving sales with Mono-brand channel partners.
Lead the team of Account Execs with a goal to maximise business performance in Mono-brand channel. Develop and attract talents required to drive business, create synergies, elevate and grow completeness required to achieve results, maintain strong team spirit and collaboration culture.
Build long term strategic business plans to achieve strategic objectives across all Apple product groups (iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch and all the accessories) as well as Apple services (iTunes, Apple Pay) and after sales (Apple Care) elements. Make sure all mono-brand partners drive B2B programs (with particular focus on SMB) with proper energy and determination to grow.
Combine a deep understanding of the consumer and SMB business in Russia with a customer-focused consultative mind-set to lead innovation. Continually collaborate with the Mono-brand partners to uncover new business growth opportunities for an outcome where everybody wins.
Develop growth initiatives and lead cross-functional teams within Apple and Mono-brand partners to execute Apple programs with perfection. Drive and implement country strategic Affordability, CLM, Digital and Experience initiatives within Mono-brand channel.
Stay on top of partners’ day-to-day operations to ensure flawless and efficient business flow.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
