Orange Business Services (глобальный оператор связи и интегратор ИТ-сервисов) ищет Head of Innovation&Technologies team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of highly skilled in different areas engineers (voice, security, routing, SDN, LoRa sensors, Monitoring, programming and etc) who are responsible for technical development and R&D in product and services. Head of this team need:
Develop, Present, Implement tactic and strategic team vision
Delivering team Quality, Cost and Timing targets
Develop team expertise, reporting and workload planning
Team motivation, prioritization and result orientation
Create, modify internal processes in team and with other Russian teams (technical engineers from IT, Support, Network Architects as well as with Sourcing, Product Managers, Presale and others, with International Orange teams
Prepare, Present, Provide and Implement tactic and strategic vision of Orange Russia Products and Services together with other teams
External and Internal presentations of team, product, services, plans and results
Product and services technical development, innovations and new technologies:
Monitoring and technical modification existing product and services in company
Creation new or International Product and Services adaptation in Orange Russia
Work with vendors and partners
Analyze vendor’s & partner’s equipment and services, tests, compare and present results and reasonable recommendation
Organize and provide tests and PoCs (Prove of Concept) — internal and with customers
Create internal technical documentation for implementation stage and for operational teams
3d level technical product and services support as well as operational team teaching
Presentations and consulting support for Sales and Presale teams
Investigate and monitor innovation and new technologies, recommendations
Knowledge, Skills and Experience/Requirements:
B.S. degree in Computer/Network/Telecommunication Science or related technical field with proven ability to learn technical concepts quickly
Strong desire for a Product, Project Management, Team Management and Processes
Possess a strong technical background and able to learn & apply new topics quickly and efficiently
Telecommunication background more than 5 years, knowledge of main vendors, products and technologies in 5 areas as minimum: Voice, Routing, Security, Servers, Storages, Virtualization, SDx, Codding, Monitoring, Automation
Technical Team Management background more than 3 years with different technologies
Experience of leading several big integration project as developer/architect with handover to operation
Experience of creating and motivation technical teams, teamwork automation, tasks and reports
Ability to act as liaison between internal/external customer and different teams
Solution oriented, and when issues arise, be able to roll up sleeves and tackle them
Excellent writing and presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively (also with VIP customers)
Must be passionate about solving problems and stress resistant, responsible, self-organized, ability to make clear and reasonable decisions
English — intermediate
