Responsibilities:
As a member of the team of the firm’s TOP 5 corporate executives, the CSO is responsible for the development of the overall Corporate Strategy, its revisions and updates as well as Annual Budget in accordance with the current market realities, and in accordance with the firm’s goals, “Evolutionary Purpose”, and its culture and values.
The CSO is responsible for the efficient and seamless organization and operations of Sales and Marketing teams in all markets and offices worldwide, and its front and back offices.
The CSO nurtures the members of the Sales and Marketing teams with ideals and values adopted by the Company and those reflected in “Evolutionary Purpose” as well as behavioral qualities associated with non-monetary incentives of the personnel, improving trustworthiness, transparency, and minimizing management and budget’s gamesmanship.
The CSO will encourage, support and improve participation and cooperation of the members of Sales and Marketing team in Corporate business affairs, such as development of new products, development of SAP and CRM systems, business processes improvement, personnel productivity, etc.
Current main goals:
Defend market share, volume and margin in the Company’s most developed markets – Germany, and the European Market in general;
Increase market share in North America with satellite markets in Latin America, in accordance with Strategic goals;
Increase direct sales to customers on all markets while minimizing agency fees, in accordance with Strategic benchmarks;
Increase share of High Added Value products in the overall Sales portfolio to the levels defined by Corporate Budget and Strategy
Improve levels of Personal engagement, loyalty and professionalism of the Sales and Marketing team to the levels defined by Strategic guidelines
Develop a program to attract best talents on the market as wellas personal and professional growth and development for Sales and Marketing personnel, their career path in the Company
