Bayer looking for Head of HR Solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develops a framework and action plan to support and achieve the company overall strategic intent to attract, motivate, and retain talent for CIS cluster. And as such, based on current and future marketplace, legislative, industry and business needs, contribute to the creation a rewards and recognition strategy for Russia and key CIS markets; Ensures HR operations excellence – is accountable for the sustainability of the quality of services in the area of Payroll as well as is accountable for the area of HR labor compliance and employee relations. Ensures compliance and risk management in relation to HR solutions processes and systems (e.g. payroll).
Researches and assesses appropriate remuneration levels and proactively advises on competitive conditions and remuneration trends;
Effective management of the annual merit and incentive review and all associated responsibilities, including subsequent communication of outcomes of the reviews; Establish a process for changes in individual remuneration; clearly communicate via HR Business Partners and company stake holders and monitor to ensure compliance; Effective review and enhancement of all company benefits to ensure sustainability and competitive relevance.
Manages expatriate remuneration, benefits and terms and conditions wherever appropriate in conjunction with Corporate Mobility;
Manages HRIS as a TR and business tool; Manages agreed HR KPIs and relevant analytics to monitor company performance and to proactively propose changes as needed;
Fosters effective relationship with the HR team in CIS; provides education and appropriate tools to HR Business Partners for them to facilitate the understanding of the rewards and recognition philosophy and practices by all employee groups;
Leads and manages the HR Solutions team.
Provides operational leadership, processes improvement and change management for the HR organization.
Ensures efficiency and reduction of complexity of the processes by standardization and the use of best practice in service delivery.
Ensures compliance and risk management in relation to HR solutions processes and systems (e.g. payroll).
Implements the Divisions’ bonus programs (process planning, allocation of responsibilities between involved departments, schedule control and monitoring).
Maintains and improves quality standards within the organization. Ensures appropriate metrics for the cluster organizations in line with global governance.
Ensures proper budget performance and alignment.
Ensure knowledge transfer of best practice from and to the global organization/community.
Has clear overview about changes, project requests and developments within the cluster and coordinates as needed.
Establishes a work culture within the associated organization that promotes teamwork and sharing within HR Solutions globally and partnering with stakeholders based on global governance.
Ensures proper succession management and skill assessment of workforce within the associated organization.
Important for us:
Education: Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with the main focus on Human Resources. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive working experience.
English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written form, plus, local / regional language requirements.
Skills/experiences:
5+ years of experience in Human Resources. Knowledge and advanced level of proficiency in Total Rewards, HR operations as well as a solid management experience.
Proven experience with leading major projects and developing strong working relationships with stakeholders, the HR community and customers;
Detailed understanding of HR processes & systems. Communications strategy and messaging skills with the ability to build long term partnerships with internal management & staff, including the various relevant representatives of workers groups and external stakeholders.
Experienced in multidisciplinary project management as well as change management.
Experience working and collaborating within a global organization and multicultural environment.
Strong customer orientation and service delivery management.
Willingness to take on responsibility and be resourceful (using a wide range of information sources).
Specific experience in Customer Service and HR process design, transaction support, and employee administration.
Demonstrated ability to provide local leadership in a global team environment.
Team-oriented leadership skills honed through experience with senior management.
Experience with guiding and coaching staff development.
Previous relevant experience – at least 5 years;
Knowledge of key TR concepts, policies and practices, processes;
