Bayer is seeking a Commercial activation Manager CIS.
Responsibilities:
To lead development and implementation of the strategy of work with distributors in the CIS countries based on the Cluster approach, global best practices and taking account of the CIS realities and specifics.
To insure annual contract target fulfillment by Distributors taking into consideration the specifics of the export market key Clients of CIS, EAEU and foreign countries.
To comply with the international set of rules and conditions of supply Incoterms 2010.
To be responsible for achieving financial targets: SI (Gross and Net Sales), cash collection, logistic forecast accuracy, DSO, launches.
To evaluate distribution channels, annual segmentation of distributors.
To negotiate and sign contracts.
To control fulfillment of contractual obligations by clients.
To participate in preparation of short – and long- term sales plan and ensure its implementation.
To create and implement countries commercial policies based on the Cluster Commercial Policy.
Important for the company:
Higher education. Medical, pharmaceutical or economic education, as well as additional education in Foreign Trade sphere is an advantage.
Experience in Commercial sphere 3+ years.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical market in Russia: OTC and Products market in Russia and especially in CIS.
Good level of computer skills.
English language skills (written and oral): upper-Intermediate.
Good knowledge of products movement from production to consumption system.
Strong communication and analytical skills, negotiation skills on all levels, ability to work in a team, leadership.
High degree of responsibility, autonomy, management in a complex environment, focus on result, customer orientation.
