StudyFree is a rapidly growing edtech startup looking to democratize international education. StudyFree is looking to hire a Head of Product to join a passionate team and lead the charge in delivering compelling, scalable products to support our continued growth.

 

Responsibilities include:
Grow the StudyFree community, both peers mentors and engaged students, find new business models to monetize this field
Ensure community and the corresponding product part meets performance KPIs: engagement, activation, conversion to sales, retention. Improve these metrics over time
Build the whole community funnel from automatization of mentors acquisition and onboarding process to building moderation process for communications on platform
Develop and coordinate UGC infrastructure (user generated content): decide which content, in what format should be created by peers mentors, create quality monitoring system, track and improve engagement and performance KPIs
Research the landscape of communities and explore opportunities to augment StudyFree offering,
Work closely with Community managers to establish and maintain successful community strategy to meet product performance KPIs
Provide focus to the team through effective prioritisation and removal of blockers,
Collaborate with engineers and commercial teams to establish effective operational processes around community
Manage the Go-To-Market process for new solutions in users communications and updates in communities fields, including pricing, packaging, sales collateral, and enablement

 

Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in product management in consumer companies
Knowledge of key product performance metrics, proven positive track record of scaling and improving them
Deep knowledge and personal interest in community driven products, best world practices
Experience building a product in a rapid growth and fast paced environment, while supporting multiple initiatives at different phases of development with different needs
Experience managing products through entire life cycle – from inception to launch
A structured and analytical approach to solving problems
High attention to detail in order to be a source of knowledge in a complex domain
Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty as well as evolving requirements as we learn more about market needs
Strong analytical ability and proven process of data-validated, hypothesis-driven, experiment-tested decisions (You deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long-term impact. You know every step of the funnel. You can design, run, and interpret experiments and A/B tests)
Excellent communication skills to make complex topics accessible at all levels of the organisation
Capable and eager to work in a cross-functional team (engineers, UX, commercial) from strategy through to delivery
Fluent English

 

Offers:
This is a full-time remote role
Work schedule is flexible as you’ll work with a team in many different time zones (Mainly Moscow time zone).
