An international furniture company Aristo-India is looking for a Sales Director.
Duties:
Develops and implements an integrated range of marketing concepts and methodologies;
plans and develops marketing and sales strategies consistent with the overall goals and objectives of the business.
Oversees all facets of the daily operations of the organizational unit, ensuring compliance with the Govt, state, and national laws, policies, and regulations.
Directs, oversees, monitors, and evaluates the activities of a sales team
Provides market research and analysis
prepares research-based reports and sales forecasts for senior management.
Develops and manages annual sales and operating budgets, and regularly monitors performance to budget parameters.
Assumes responsibility for all publicity, advertising, direct mail, catalogs, exhibits, awards, author communications, title sub-right activities, and website management for the enterprise.
Performs direct customer sales in key areas; promotes and maintains customer relations with major accounts region-wide.
Participates in development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning;
Develops and implements projects and programs to assist in the accomplishment of established goals.
Represents the enterprise at conferences, meetings, exhibits, and other special events; promotes new and existing programs and initiatives.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Revenue Generation in the territory with a focus on channel sales
Requirements:
Master’s degree of directly related experience or /MBA in Sales&Marketing.
Working experience of not less the 10 years in the TOP management position
Extra if having working experiences not less than 10 years in the Construction materials industry & Interior decoration materials.
Extra if having Architecture or Interior design background

Control of P&L of the company
Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
Ability to compile and analyse statistical data, draw inferences, and prepare strategic and operational reports and recommendations.
Advanced direct sales skills.
Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures.
Skill in organizing resources, analysing and solving problems, establishing priorities, and making evaluative judgments.
