Lead Product Manager.
Company is looking for bright individuals who have passion for creating innovative business solutions leveraging appropriate and emerging digital technologies.
Ideally candidates should have:Domain Knowledge:
- Excellent Functional knowledge of Sales and Marketing in Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, E-commerce domain
- Exposure of Digital Engagement and products like CRM, CLM and KOL processes and solutions will be an added advantage
Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Experience in digital marketing with expertise in Omni-channel Marketing and consumer engagement and data platforms
- Experience working with Marketing Automation platforms – Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe and Digital Asset Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, dAobe Analytics, Yandex , Social Media Analytics etc.)
- Prior working knowledge of Social Media Engagement Tools such as Hootsuite, Brandwatch etc.
- Ability to define ROI metrics for brand campaigns as per campaign objectives
- Prior experience as Product Manager (UI/UX, Customer funnel, A/B testing etc.) would be an added advantage
Business Process Experience & Digital
- Ability to identify and leverage Best Practices and Digital Technology trends across Industries for Pharma business processes with focus on Sales & Marketing
- Capability to lead business process improvement engagements using Digital Technologies and allied change management
- Experience in automating Business processes especially Sales & Marketing processes using traditional and digital technologies like Mobility – Mobile Apps / Social Collaboration / Analytics / Cloud Computing / Big Data etc.
- Capability of creating Digital Technology enabled solutions addressing critical business needs
Key Responsibilities:
Candidates would be expected to lead independently /minimal supervision:
- Full ownership Marketing Technology, Automation and Analytics stack
- Understand and map business requirement & develop functional specifications for above Digital Initiatives
- Conceptualization & implementation of integration and data management solutions for
- Conceptualization of Adoption Methodology, Change Management and Benefit Realization
- Effectively manage projects with in schedule & budget in coordination with implementation partners
- Facilitate Ideation, Collaboration and Knowledge Management to enhance business value
- Ensure Business Process Improvement, Change Management and Benefit Realization to add Business Value
Technical Requirements: Sound knowledge of Digital Technologies, Business Process Management, Business Process Re-engineering and Improvements, Business Analysis, Project Management, Vendor Management
Educational Qualifications: MBA / Engineer (Sales & Marketing / Information Technology) from top B-schools/Engineering Institution. Agile Practitioner preferred. English - fluent (verbal & written)
Experience Required: Around 10-12 years of experience in Digital Sales & Marketing
