HR Business Partner — RussiaMajor Accountabilities: Responsible for managing employee relations issues, ensuring HR policies and procedures are in place and in compliance with local labor law regulations. Ensure HR administrative activities are executed per Corporate guidelines, assist in the local staffing process, ensure a compensation and benefit strategy is implemented and administrated to assure pay for performance and market competitiveness. Ensure that the training and development needs of the countries are met. Acts as a consultant to business unit management on HR related aspects and organizational design. Embed the corporate strategy and commercial culture into the HR function. Overall Responsibilities: • Align HR activities with MasterCard’s strategic goals, identify opportunities for advancing talent management strategies and approaches; provide innovative solutions to human capital challenges.
• Follow up on and assist in the staffing process as well as workforce planning reporting in collaboration with the European Talent Acquisition team.
• Identify need for organization effectiveness and training solutions of both large and small scales. Potential areas of focus include, but are not limited to, team development, performance management, competency development, 360 feedback systems and career-path. Organize these solutions in collaboration with the European Talent Management & Development team.
• Responsible for the facilitation of the Performance Management process which includes the administration of the year-end compensation and annual incentive plan.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners in other Regions and in Head Office in order to integrate HR stakeholders in critical initiatives.
• Manage the day-to-day aspects of one or more complex projects; partners with key stakeholders across International Markets and MasterCard at large to ensure the timely coordination and execution of plans and activities.
• Close collaboration with the area’s Senior Management team providing relevant HR expertise and guidance to the Russian Country Manager and his/her direct reports.
• Provide active coaching of the Russian Management Team and their leadership teams on critical people issues such as organization structure, talent development, succession planning and performance management.
• Provide local representation on all European / global mobility assignments
• Process local involuntary termination as needed and prepare paperwork for legal review; manage pre and post termination issues and guide Manager through process.   Experience/Education: Higher Education required, preferably in HR or Law

She/he will manage and develop projects, process grant applications in addition to leading some general administrative and organizational tasks. JOB DESCRIPTION PROGRAM MANAGER, 60%, IN CHARGE OF music and residency program Plan and manage the PH Moscow arts program with the focus on music:

• Identify partners, initiate and plan projects, negotiate with partners in Russia and Switzerland
• Stimulate and maintain exchange and/or networks between the Swiss and Russian scenes.

Manage and coordinate the PH Moscow residency program

Responsible for applications, administration and contracts of the projects she/he is managing:

• Coordinate and manage projects’ details with the local, regional and international partners.
• Draft and issue contracts with partners, artists, and collaborators.

• Carry on administrative and logistical work related to projects.
• Process and coordinate the project’s financial plan.

In charge of managing the budget and reports of the programs and projects she/he is managing in cooperation with the Finance Officer:

• Ensure that the program activities and expenditures are according to plan and are up to date.
• Follow up and evaluate projects’ narrative and financial reports.
• Assist the Head with yearly/periodical planning and reporting.

Internal communication and logistics of the projects with other team members

Qualifications/Requirements

• Profound knowledge in project management in intercultural context and administrative work, including general expertise in budget management
• Not less than four years of experience in cultural project management, strong organizational and administrative skills.
• A very good knowledge of the Russian cultural and arts scenes; background in music is a must.
• Familiarity with the Swiss art scene is an asset.
• Excellent communication and networking skills, a team-player.
• Ability to travel to Switzerland and within Russia.
• Fluent in written and spoken Russian and English; knowledge of one or more Swiss languages is an asset

1. Management Reporting Lead (from 200K rub gross)

• • Prepare the Monthly Management Reports (BS, PL, CF) and manage the internal and external review for these documents, perform MoM, YoY comparison and variance analysis versus budget and forecast;
  • Communicate closely with the business team in order to ensure the availability of sufficient information for creation of the income and cost accruals and necessary breakdowns to be input in the Monthly Management Reports;

• Create and maintain a Reporting calendar covering Management and Board/Shareholder reports, inform parties of necessary deadline adherence for the following processes: BOD package, press release etc.;
• Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements;
