Brown-Forman Russia is part of the international company Brown – Forman Corporation. They are the leader in the imported premium vodka and a significant player in Standard+ whiskey segment in Russia. They offer such brands as: JACK DANIEL’S, FINLANDIA VODKA, WOODFORD RESERVE as well as a portfolio of Single Malts and premium tequilas. Now the company is looking for an HR Director (Russia/Ukraine/CIS).
The Role:
Serves as an influential and strategic HR business partner to the RUCIS organization and facilitates the execution of business strategies through people and organizational development.
Ensures the business goals, objectives and initiatives are supported through the execution of HR strategies, policies and procedures, in close collaboration with the Russia, Ukraine and CIS Leadership teams.
What you will experience:
Serves as the RUCIS B-F HR leader and strategic business partner for the General Manager and Russia Leadership team.
Builds strong partnerships across the region, evidenced by the HRBP’s “seat at the table”
Provides data, insights, ideas, coaching, and tools to enable leaders to motivate performance and maximize the talents, contributions, and the results of their teams
Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and leadership teams on a wide-range of HR-related topics that include performance management, talent attraction and retention, learning and development, D&I, organizational design (to include SG&A cost-management), employee engagement, total rewards, and succession planning
Manage, coach and develop the local HR Business Partnership team.
Builds strong partnerships across all HR disciplines. Represents the HR function across stakeholders and within the HR community to work towards its objectives:Leads the Talent and Succession Planning strategy for Russia, Ukraine & CIS, providing key people insights and development areas
Supports the achievement of the People 2025 Vision and Strategic Priorities; drives awareness and initiatives which support the Global Diversity and Inclusion strategy
Change leadership expert and facilitator for initiatives that impact people and culture, he/she will lead and be responsible for all the People and Organization aspects of the Russia Own Distribution establishment ( Gagarin Project), working closely and partnering with Russia LT, Russia GM and Global functional stakeholders.
In partnership with the Regional Talent Acquisition and Global Total Rewards teams, supports the business units’ recruitment and acquisition efforts and ensures the process runs smoothly to build the best and most capable, diverse workforce
Sets the strategy for regional growth and development needs and partners with Regional People Development team to execute against strategic priorities, including individual, team and organizational developmentDrive high levels of employee engagement and support RUCIS in building a Great Place to Work.
Leads employee-relations investigations when appropriate, coordinating efforts with Legal, Compliance, and Audit when necessary. Provide recommendations for remediation if required.
What you bring to the table:
Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent experience);
Experience: 9+ years of in-depth HR Management experience
Fluent in Russian and English
Ability to travel 30%.
