Legendary brand Levi’s searching for the Performance Marketing Manager (registered through the agency), who will be responsible for the development, management the execution of performance and brand marketing campaigns, with good analytic knowledge and experience of tracking performance results.
Responsibilities:
Development and management of performance tools, processes, and programs. (setting up, managing and optimizing ad campaigns)
Translate business goals to performance goals (own strategy and implementation across paid marketing channels)
Alignment efforts and outcomes
Determination appropriate feedback and analytic systems for performance planning and analyzing results
Design and evaluation performance appraisal and tracking systems
Development of performance improvement plans (develop growth marketing strategy, generate data-driven hypothesis for conversion funnel optimization)
Development and assess appropriate key performance indicators, benchmarks and performance goals (optimize and analyze campaign results to hit KPIs, revenue and budget goals)
Perform competitive analysis including monitoring competitor activity
Understand user value across different channels
Own relationships with various channels and partners
Develop, implement and test new user acquisition initiatives across various channels
Analyze the website compliance with the performance marketing needs
Provide regular performance reporting and analysis of key channels including automated and ad hoc reports and dashboards
Search for new instruments and channels, new processes and ways of working in the field of performance marketing
Requirements:
Education and language skills:
University Degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing or communications
English level – Advanced (ideally but at least Upper Intermediate)
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in performance marketing in different market/business. (preferably ecommerce fashion/beauty)
Project management experience
Working knowledge of performance management systems and how to tailor those systems to business and brand-marketing goals
Experience in aligning performance incentives with business and brand goals
Experience in effectively tracking performance and metrics across performance, brand campaigns
Ability to effectively manage and optimize performance marketing budget across marketing channels
Ability to determine benchmarks and KPI’s
Ability to determine the appropriate incentives and aligning these incentives with key performance indicators and deliverable goals (Strong analytical approach to conversion funnel metrics measurement, campaign performance and optimization)
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience with various ad channels and platforms
Familiar with A/B and Multivariate testing design and analysis
