Google is currently recruiting a Russian speaking Head of Google Customer Solutions.
About the job:
As a Head of Google Customer Solutions (GCS) for Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan, you will lead a high-performing sales team, partnering with businesses ranging from digital disrupters to mature brands, from the small businesses to large performance and traditional media agencies. You will lead your team to partner with customers, understand their business objectives, and drive the growth of their business through effective online advertising and through digitization, overachieving ambitious business and product targets. You will own the strategy, forecasting, planning, and execution of the market, and you will have active involvement with the highest profile clients at C-suite level. As a talented people leader, you have a track record of hiring, coaching, and motivating diverse talent, from frontline sales people to senior managers. You have a passion for helping your team succeed in their roles, grow their skills, and build their careers in an inclusive, collaborative environment. Lastly, you enjoy solving problems at scale and taking an analytical approach to sales management.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in leading sales teams.
Experience in identifying, attracting, and developing a team and creating an inclusive team culture.
Ability to speak and write in English and Russian or Ukrainian fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in sales leadership; ability to coach on developing successful, long-term business opportunities and relationships.
Ability to own sales team operations for Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan.
Ability to develop and deliver a dynamic business strategy that balances short-term delivery with longer-term sustainable success.
Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics.
Problem-solving and analytical skills; Ability to roll up your sleeves to help teams understand performance data, identify opportunities, and scale success.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lift, support, inspire, and grow your team and customers.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of sellers and managers, driving customer success and investment with Google advertising solutions.
Create a vision and develop a disciplined approach to your business to hit key metrics and milestones to deliver against ambitious growth and product adoption targets.
Ensure that Google advertising solutions are driving maximum value for Ukraine+ businesses, ranging from mature brands to rapidly growing start ups as they digitize and expand.
Foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture fueled by diverse hiring, clear vision, and support for team members to learn, succeed, and grow.
Coach managers and sellers, providing them with the guidance necessary to position themselves to create a shared vision and a combined growth plan across all teams you lead; role model on effective selling.
