Senior HR Business Partner, Technical stream (R&D, IT).
Job summary: Responsible for all human resource activities for the assigned stream. Drive the alignment and execution of the human strategies and plans that find, develop, retain employees and enhance their contribution to the business strategy and needs. Provide consultancy, assistance and follow-up on corporate HR policies, processes and practice.
Support day-to-day HR issues arising in the Technical stream, including ad-hoc employment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development , staff grievances issues. Member of the Company’s HR Function based in HQ, Moscow
Key task scope: Business Transformation, Headcount Management, HR Core processes, HR Advisory, operational tasks etc.
Requirements:
- Proven generalist operational Business Partnering experience
- Experience of working within a matrix/complex organization
- Experience of working with high-performance teams within the IT industry
- Strong communicator who is able to differentiate their approach to match audience requirements, and a confident ability to substantiate their views
- Team player & able to work on own initiative
- Comfortable with change & ambiguity as HR evolves across the business
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Listens as powerfully as they talk
- A genuine interest in helping the business to be successful and enriching employee’s experience
- Fluent English
