An IT company DYNATECH is seeking a Product Manager.
As a User Experience obsessed Product Manager, your role is critical to the success of the large international travel industry platforms with over 1 million monthly visitors.
You will join a cross-functional team and help them to understand our customers’ attitudes, behaviors, motivations, and goals. Your primary responsibility is to develop our user research strategy and lead activities that will further enhance our travel projects as a user-focused destination that drives successful business outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for envisioning and delivering the best customer product experience and ensuring our customers find satisfaction in every interaction with your offering.
We expect that you will be an expert in the field of customer experience, user interaction as well as have great analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Work with the project leadership team to develop a user research strategy for the travel platforms;
Lead the whole process from exploration, concept, and development of entire design systems, inclusive of user interfaces, connected data, and interaction models;
Lead different research and design activities;
Set clear product goals, link them to company objectives, and align the entire team around a shared roadmap to encourage everyone to think holistically and prioritize customer joy;
Run A/B test and analyze quantitative and qualitative customers' related data to find the best approaches within our products;

Articulate opportunities that are revealed by your research and work closely with other Product Managers, Marketing, developers, and designers to prioritize them.
Requirements:
2+ relevant experience;
Strong communication skills, to be able to convey sometimes difficult concepts and sell the benefits of user research to a diverse audience;
Experience in running research programs using a broad variety of tools, such as ethnography, interviewing, focus groups, diary studies, surveys, usability tests, heuristic analysis, etc;
Ability to design and run tests using methods such as direct and remote observation, moderated and unmoderated testing, A/B testing, benchmarking, etc.
You have experience working on complex enterprise platforms with many different touchpoints;
Detail-oriented, able to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced and highly interactive environment;
Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously without losing the quality of work;
Great analytical skills and analytical approach towards decision making;
Good English language skills both written and conversational;
Previous working experience as a Product Designer or UX researcher as a plus.

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every Candidate we meet. While getting familiar during our interview, we try to understand where your working experience, professional skills, and future contribution to the company can be applied within our multiple business projects.
We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then monthly salary range is 3200 EUR – 3500 EUR gross depending on your skills and experience. The company also offers a European permanent residency opportunity.
