Essity (Zewa, Libresse, Tork, TENA) is looking for a Pricing & Revenue Manager (RMEIA / Russia, Ukraine & CIS).
What you will do:
The Regional Pricing Manager is responsible for the coordination of all pricing & revenue activities specific to a region in cooperation with the BU Pricing and Revenue Team
Based on BU Pricing strategy create pricing strategies by product, channel, and end-customer (segments or types) for respective region including assessing viability of strategy vs. market expectations
Ensure all pricing strategies are implemented into the region and governance followed
Develop price forecasting initiatives which provide business insights on value to price increases and monthly price decisions
Implement GTM initiatives within the region to standardize global price strategies
Collaborate and proactively provide pricing expertise, reports, recommendations to the areas of Sales, Marketing, Finances, Business Development, Business Logistics, eCommerce, and Global Hygiene Category
Enhance pricing processes to optimize team efficiencies and enhance support to the business
Utilize market analysis, pricing principles, and risk management techniques to develop short and long-term business proposals and price strategies for each channel of market
New products price calculation, check up profitability on existent assortment, calculation of existent assortment for ROE, price increase calculation
Support ad-hoc needs of regional sales leadership
Who you are:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business or Financial field
Minimum 5+ years of analytical experience required
Highly Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other analytics software, Power BI is an advantage
Industry knowledge, previous sales and/or marketing and/or financial controlling experience is an advantage
Experience and willingness to work on international roles in a matrix organization
Leadership and influence skills
Good level of project management
Fluency in English and Russian languages
