AliExpress Россия is looking for an open mind and proactive Marcom Manager (Brand Producer) with marketing and project management experience to help grow AliExpress brand on the Russian market.
In this role, you will juggle many moving parts ensuring they all fit together to deliver work on time with limited resources. You will work closely with all marketing and close teams: UED (user experience and design), internal promo operations team, growth team, category managers, global marketing team if it will need etc. This role will report to Head of marcom and would be a great fit for someone looking to apply their project management skills in a fast-paced and cutting-edge international company. We need a person as a marcom producer with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. With excellent creative, organizational and planning skills with attention to detail. Proactive and stress-resistant problem solver. Self-driven, responsible, flexible team player and able to take ownership of projects. This person will always looking for solutions and doesn’t like to go with the flow.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for marketing activities for local and cross-border businesses. Work with AliExpress brand, with the goal of creating a compelling brand image and communication platform, increasing brand awareness and intent to buy, achievement of targets business metrics — TOM, brand attributes, traffic, DAU/MAU;
Closely work with all marketing team, UED (user experience and design), internal promo operations team, growth team, category managers, finance team, etc. She/He has skills to manage the whole process;
Creative thinking person. This role requires a lot of quick creative approaches and ideas every day and skills to implement them quickly;
This person will be responsible for ongoing projects day by day and build every week’s report for all marcom activities;
Able to prepare and organize PPM (in-house) for the whole marketing team or external agency, production team etc;
This person understands how the process of creation of commercials works and has successful experience participate in negotiations with agencies, productions, subcontractors, etc;
This person has successful experience in launching an integrated (360) campaigns for all marcom channels and could analyze planned KPI with a budget;
Analytical skills and the ability to read BHT and build a hypothesis to improve brand attributes;
Planning and execution of marketing campaigns in all media, both online and offline based on the combined goals of the brand and promotion of sellers;
Learned to manage marketing requests, collaborate with design, content, traffic, brand, SMM, PR and operations teams in assigning appropriate resources to projects. He/she could use an agile approach. Provide overall structure for successful realize integrated marketing campaigns;
He/she has worked with external agencies, productions and partners to ensure a seamless connection to all involved internal teams;
Develop and update project plans/workback/roadmaps schedules for multiple projects, and execute on milestones and deliverables. Identify risks, create contingency plans, and provide creative solutions. Work with teams and individuals and resolve issues as they appear. Track and communicate progress to team, agencies, and partners. Manage end-to-end projects for cross-functional marketing campaigns and projects;
He/she can build any clear presentation for a short time.
Job requirements:
4-5+ years’ experience in marketing, marketing communications, development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, experience work with creative and media agencies, or in a creative agency, production studios, experience in digital marketing is strongly preferred;
Creative mind and innovative marketing sense, you will not entirely rely on an agency to create a an ad campaign;
Strong focus on targets, efficient execution, good teamwork and communication skills. You are a great communicator, keeping constantly abreast of constant change and development within the business;
Proven track record in achieving ambitious targets and launch 360 campaign;
You have a high EQ, understanding how to work in a big international cross-functional team, you can attract resources from various teams and soft handle them;
Excellent understanding of new and traditional media, all media split + how PR works;
Ability to navigate complex market of online and offline media, excellent understanding of media effectiveness tools. Ability to analyze and provide a better approach;
You can both manage significant budgets and create low-cost ideas with a big impact;
You are an enthusiastic brand builder, with a clear understanding of how to build a path to consumer trust and engagement;
Leverage resources of partner brands for creation of co-branded activities. Develop and present ideas for partners;
Work with internal data and the ability to analyze it;
Good English skills.
