Acronis is seeking a talented Director of Business Administration to the Chief Infrastructure Officer.
This role is a combination of the Chief of Staff and a Business Administration Director to the Chief Cloud Infrastructure Officer. The person in this role will be acting as the Officer's representative and proxy, managing strategic and critical operational and organizational programs (e.g. budgeting, P&L management, planning, organizational development, talent development, performance management), setting up and managing regular cadence within the organization and with other teams within Acronis, working directly with the Officer in preparation for quarterly business reviews, executive off-sites and other executive level engagements. In addition, you will be responsible for operational business management and coordination with other Acronis organizations such as product, engineering, sales, and finance. Exposed to all aspects of the Acronis business, a successful candidate will be able to substantially leverage this experience to build strong business skills and advance in their careers at Acronis.
Responsibilities
Work with Chief Infrastructure Officer on business rhythm, day-to-day business operations, organizational development, team management and special projects
Manage and analyze reporting of organizational unit metrics, working with unit leaders and finance department
Prepare and lead regular business planning and performance review meetings
Own organizational planning, talent development, performance and compensation management activities
Initiate and oversee organization-wide projects with help of the PMO team
Own a number of strategic initiatives and projects, manage virtual teams from different functional organizations
Follow-up with peers and members of other groups and departments to ensure proper execution
Identify cross-functional issues and facilitate execution by orchestrating contributions from different functional organizations
If required, represent Chief Infrastructure Officer at leadership and senior-level meetings
Support Chief Infrastructure Officer in executive business reviews, preparation for events, presentations, and other activities
Organize, coordinate and manage executive meetings, events, off-sites, as well as provide executive administration support to the Chief Infrastructure Officer
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and proven experience in the IT industry, preferably in business administration, HR, Chief of Staff, or Operations roles
5+ years of experience in global companies working in matrix organizations
Experience supporting executives and executive teams
Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing business operations performance
Experience in managing company or business unit P&L and budget
Strong multi-tasking and complex program management skills
Experience managing cross-functional programs and initiatives
Solid executive communications and presentation skills
Ability to travel internationally.
