Microsoft has opened its doors for a Jr Channel Sales Executive to power up the team.
Key focus: thru Disty Breadth channel development
Full year planning & forecasting product & resources for Xbox & Windows Categories for Breadth channel (KPI: thru disty account plans to be ready on quarterly basis)
Grow PCA, Office, Xbox, Windows Revenue in Breadth within distribution partner network (Di:House, Buka, OCS, Elco, Merlion, 1C, Mont, Lanit) thru generation of Sales & Marketing thru disty channel partner initiatives, disty sales department development, RSP trainings (KPI: Revenue)
Develop, Build and Implement Microsoft Retail Channel strategy within TOP Telco Accounts; Marketplaces; to reach revenue goals (KPI: Market share, YOY Growth, product mix )
Strengthen, Manage and develop thru Disty Channel with enforcement PCA Category thru new partner engagement initiatives on seasonal basis (KPI: new partners per quarter)
Create and implement opportunities to launch seasonal co-marketing activities & programs to drive joint success in Breadth, Telco and Markeplaces with tracking thru disty merch forces (KPI: Revenue, instore reports after promo)
Strengthen & Ensure Breadth Account in-time product reporting within rebates programs and Re:Ignite initiatives and ensure clear templates and reports to be in line with Microsoft guidelines (KPI: on-time payments within allowed MS programs – Handshake etc)
3+ years Consumer Electronics/IT ecosystem experience with a focus on devices and services sales across consumer segments
Understanding of consumer channels and retail landscape
Building strategic relationships and partnering with senior account executives
Track record of sales delivery and execution
Distribution channel management with proven business operational excellence and sales results through joint business planning, landing channel strategies, account management, and performance monitoring
Driving long-term sustainable sales growth with partners
Delivery on Quarterly and Annual Account Budgeted Revenue
Apply entrepreneurial and innovative thinking to identifying and executing business opportunities
Ability to analyze sales data, draw relevant conclusions, develop accurate business plans and forecasts, and drive program execution
Demonstrated ability to deliver success through enablement of partners
Ability to train, coach, and lead partner virtual teams
Possess high standards for performance and compliance
Must be able to effectively articulate technology and product positioning to internal audiences and channel partners.
