1. Head of B2B Marketing (Eastern Europe)
Responsibilities:
- Branding Strategy: Be able to clearly demonstrate the value of Bytedance products as a media, and deliver this information to clients via pitch deck or a variety of channels/methods
- Data analysis: Has insight on local market based on data analysis to prove Bytedance media value
- Creative Team: Initiate creative research, set up local creativity standards, in order to provide creative help with clients
- Marketing activities & PR: participate into local PR events and establish influence on local community
Qualifications:
- College degree with at least 8 years’ experience in digital media and marketing at creative agency, publisher or brand
- Superb understanding of ByteDance’s owned-and-operated properties
- Advanced level of Russian and English, Chinese as a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Knowledge of media syndicated research, media billing and ad servers
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile, social landscape in Russia
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments

2. Russia product strategy and operations lead
As an experienced product marketing professional, you will lead the go-to market strategy for ad products in Russia. By partnering closely with various cross-functional stakeholders in sales, product management and business marketing, you help advertisers achieve their marketing goals by bringing performance advertising solutions to them. An ability to self-motivate, prioritize and influence partners are key skills. You must have experience working with advertising products and have strong project management capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Sales team to deeply understand businesses pain points, form business requirements and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives
- Define go-to-market (GTM) strategy for TikTok's ever-evolving ads product. Instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy
- Build an understanding of the most nascent TikTok advertising and measurement products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals
- Prioritize, distill and surface market intelligence to shape future advertising products
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or above
- 5+ years of product / performance marketing or product management experience with digital ad products
- 3+ years of experience from the digital advertising industry
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
- A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity

3. TikTok Creator Marketing Solutions - Senior Creator Strategist (Russia)

- Взаимодействие с командой, которая занимается поддержкой пользователей в России, для более глубокого понимания актуальных креаторов платформы и поддержки их роста на площадке TikTok Creator Marketplace в России
- Консультации по любым вопросам, связанным с Creator Marketing Solutions, включая предлагаемые нами инструменты и услуги (например, TikTok Creator Marketplace)
- Исследование и внедрение лучшего отраслевого опыта для совместной работы креаторов и брендов в TikTok в России/СНГ
- Планирование, разработка и проведение вебинаров с участием креаторов для обучения брендов и формирования знания о том, как добиться успеха в TikTok
Что необходимо для начала работы:
- 6-8 лет релевантного опыта работы с инфлюенсерами/креаторами в маркетинговых или рекламных целях
- Безупречное владение навыками ведения переговоров, устного и письменного общения
- Внимание к деталям и сосредоточенность на результате даже в условиях неопределенности
- Опыт работы в социальном маркетинге и диджитал-маркетинге
- Свободное владение русским и английским языками

Qualifications:
