The company is looking for a dynamic and experienced
General Manager to lead the trading&services office in China Dongguan.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the trading operations, including sales, procurement, logistics, and customer relations. You will provide leadership to a team of professionals and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Manage day-to-day operations of the trading office, including sales, procurement, and logistics
- Manage the day-to-day operations with all the other offices of the Group
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and customers and offices of the Group
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals to achieve business goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
- Ensure compliance & CSR with all local regulations and company policies
- Ensure and implement Audits, Compliance and CSR reports with all the factories working with Pac Team group
- Analyze financial data and prepare monthly reports for the Board and CFO
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Proven experience in trading or related industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of China trading market and regulations
- Fluency in Mandarin and English. French or Italian might be a plus
