Demonstrated ability to identify and attract top talent for an organization.
Upper Intermediate English.
History of having developed high performing teams, programs, solutions or strategies from scratch.

As a recruiter:
Act as trusted advisor and consultant to the senior leadership team to define and develop regional and global hiring plans.
Partner with business leaders to identify their talent needs.
Act a key recruiter for all business units needs from creating job description to preparing job offers.
Manage freelance or agency recruiters from time to time.
Define and roll out company-wide talent attraction programs.
Ensure that Insense’s recruiting infrastructure (e.g. hiring roadmap, hiring guides, interview plans, people development plans) is continually being improved.
Establish and manage Insense’s employer brand positioning on all platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Angelist, Careers page of company website).
As a people developer:
Drive implementation and adoption of key people analytics to help drive thoughtful, data-driven people decisions.
Lead efforts to assess and improve employee engagement and well-being.
Oversee the learning and development of team members.
Own employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, leaves of absences and compliance.
As a culture advocate:
Serve as an employee advocate and support system, soliciting feedback and utilizing data to enhance our culture, values and the Insense employee experience.
Support people programs involving employee experiences, virtual events, learning & development, performance management, employee relations and recognition programs.
Design and implement programs that reinforce our values and culture.
Serve as a thought leader and advisor for leadership and management on diversity and inclusion.
As a company operator:
Ensure we are compliant in all countries and territories by people operations range including benefits, payroll and compensation.
Be a partner to all departments to ensure you are aware of new business needs as they arise.
Be responsible for overseeing our workplace operations and facilities. We have the office in Moscow, though we’re now operating as a remote-first company and you’ll be responsible for helping the team thrive in our fully virtual workplace.

Full-time.
Remote or Moscow office (preferably).
Required time availability from 9 am to 12 pm EST to sync up with our North American team.
Salary commensurate with interview and experience.
Work schedule follows all Russian workdays and federal holidays.
