  • Participate in the development and promotion of products as part of the International team as part of the global Category Management initiative in the Russian market

  • Maintaining up-to-date information about the product and market situation for all stakeholders within the branch in the RF and the business as a whole
  • Work on brand awareness and increase brand value, building relationships with key players: customers, suppliers, associations
  • Manage and motivate department employees in a subordinate position
  • Participation in exhibitions, conferences within the Russian Federation and abroad
  Requirements:
  • Higher technical or economic education
  • Preferably experience in a similar product segment, with a large number of SKU in the work (important)
  • Experience in an international company
  • Fluent English
  • Preferably knowledge of SAP
  • Well-developed leadership and communication skills, result-oriented, ability to argue your point of view, attentiveness, analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently in Russia and Europe
