Фонд приглашает к сотрудничеству куратора проекта по Москве и Московской области.   Обязанности:
  • Организация и проведение мероприятий для подростков на предприятиях Москвы и области (1-2 в неделю: согласование даты, составление плана мероприятия, организация приезда группы, сопровождение группы)
  • Проведение занятий для подростков по порталу Naprimerku.ru по методике Фонда
  • Организация стажировок и временной трудовой занятости для подростков на предприятиях Москвы и области (согласование с подростками и родителями/опекунами, согласование с работодателем и центром занятости, заключение договоров)
  • Подготовка корпоративных наставников к работе с подростками во время стажировки (проведение тренингов и консультаций по разработанной фондом методике)
  • Сопровождение определенного количества пар "наставник-подопечный" во время стажировки/работы подростка
  • Подготовка отчетов для фонда и финансирующих организаций
  Требования:
  • Опыт проектной деятельности от 3 лет
  • Обязателен опыт ведения переговоров с государственными организациями и бизнесом
  • Волонтерский опыт или опыт работы в некоммерческих организациях является преимуществом
  • Инициативность и творческий подход
  • Высокая степень самоорганизации
  • Базовые навыки ведения социальных сетей, написания постов и новостных заметок, владения фотоаппаратом приветствуются

  • Conduct a thorough market, consumer, and competitor analysis to support business strategies and plans
  • Identify consumer insights and market trends to execute marketing tactics that will grow our brands profitably
  • Bring innovations to life through the development of marketing campaigns relevant to the Eastern Europe region
  • Collaborate with a multifunctional team (Sales, Finance, Logistics, and others) to deliver P&G business targets
  Compensation & Benefits:
  • Monthly salary 115 000 RUR gross

  Qualifications:
  • A higher education diploma
  • Natural leadership, self-starting, out-of-the-box thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Minimum work experience in marketing/brand management is preferred
  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate and higher)
  • Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
