- BI & Data manager will identify Data opportunities in organization, develop IT Business Intelligence strategy in Danone CIS region and drive the Data agenda to ensure business performance
- BI & Data manager will collaborate with management, vendors, IS-IT colleagues across Danone CIS region and Danone group central IS-IT organization (located in Paris)
In this role you will:
- Define and lead IS Business Intelligence and Data Science transformation road map in Danone CIS region
- Ensure delivery of Business Intelligence and Data Science solutions in alignment with DAN'IS corporate standards and SLAs
- Management of portfolio of projects in BI and Data
- Review business solutions and processes and pro-actively suggest innovative data approaches and methodologies to improve business results
- Manage internal and external Vendors and other resources as needed
- Consult stake holders and business departments in field of business intelligence and data science opportunities and usage benefits
- Managing team of BI & Data Professionals
- Data strategy, decisions, data mining and analytics to deliver accelerated company growth
Targeted profile:
- University degree: Information Systems / Computer Science
- At least 8-10 years of BI technology experience and of which at least 3 years of management experience
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, data mining, and business requirements to support Business Intelligence projects and reporting
- Experience supporting business intelligence production applications in a large or international organization
- Excellent project management, analytical, problem solving and prioritizing skills
- Highly organized, strong communications, collaboration skills and ability to work with geographically dispersed team
- Well-organized, structured, energetic, quick learner, team player
- Experience on business process like sales, finance, supply chain is a plus
- Understanding of FMCG business specifics is preferable
- Business intelligence experience in multinational company / consulting services is preferable
- Experience in leading and completing cross-team initiatives
- Ability to Adapt quickly to new technologies and to lead/drive change with flexibility
- Always looking to learn new competencies quickly and proficiently
- English level - Upper intermediate is a must
